In accessing data and information on this website, I recall my obligations and duty as a member of the Legal and Technical Commission.   

I shall not disclose, even after the termination of my functions, any industrial secret and/or proprietary data which have been transferred to the Authority or any other confidential information or data obtained from this website in accordance with the provisions contained in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and the Agreement implementing Part XI of the Convention.  

I recognize that this duty not to disclose confidential information constitutes an obligation even after the expiration or termination of my functions as a member of the Commission.  

By accessing the data and information contained in this website, I recognize that in event of an alleged breach of my obligations relating to confidentiality, the Council of the International Seabed Authority may institute appropriate proceedings and shall make known its findings and recommendations therefrom.
